red nose day

Here are my kids, this picture was taken last night. My son has a do something funny for money day at school today so i bought him this red nose day wig and a red nose.


It took me a few attempts to get it onto my daughter but once she had it on we couldn't get it off her.

need a rest

I haven't stopped this last week, we were supposed to get the house valued on tuesday as were looking to move but we had so much painting and everything else to do we had to put it back until today. Do you ever wish you hadn't started a job? Although we did take a day off and go into town, hubby went to get his football tickets for the liverpool v real madrid game and i got to go to the paper mill shop and get some card making bits. Then we went for a chinese for our dinner and by the time we got home i had to go and get our son from school and the day was nearly over.
I made my first 2 necklaces in a week today the first one is a jasper pendant with jasper chips and tibetan silver beads and toggle.


This one is a amazonite pendant with amazonite beads and chips with sterling silver beads and fastens with a sterling silver hook.



I'm going to list them on my website as soon as i can, I'm off now to make some fairy cakes with my son.

busy painting today

Had a busy day today painting and tiding around. A man is coming from the estate agents on tuesday to value the house. We've found one we like but i'm not sure it will still be there when we sell ours. It has 4 bedrooms which is great as i'll get to have my own craft room. Can't wait!

mothers day

With mothers day just around the corner i thought i'd make some cards. The first is my favourite, i love this image it's so cute.

I'm going to list them on my website later today, they are also listed on misi. I'm also going to be making some easter cards for kiddies. I have a cute bunny stamp which i can't wait to use, i'll have to wait till my daughter has her nap.

none school uniform day

It's none school uniform day at my son's school today and i feel awful as i didn't read his school letter properly and i've sent him in his uniform. He's got another one next week too for national book week so i'll make it up to him then and make sure he has the best costume. The guilt of a mother, it's a terrible thing.

Were going to look at a house on sunday in southport, i'm looking forwards to moving as it means i get my own craft room yey!

I made this bracelet yesterday, it's very summery. It has orange and green lampwork beads with green glass pearls and tibetan silver spacers.

spoilt myself

I have spoilt my self over the last couple of days, i bought this lovely top from misi it was just to lovely to resist. It also has this lovely back detailing.
